This centrally located, four season, second story cottage unit is very versatile in the way that it can cater to the needs of large variety of people. It will comfortably sleep up to 7 people and comes with a 260 square foot very private balcony and screened-in room that are surrounded by a canopy of trees. It is the perfect spot to relax, suntan, dine with family or even just for hang out with friends and enjoy your vacation.

For larger groups of up to 11, you can also rent the lower cottage 2b unit for ample space to gather. Groups of more than 11, can add other nearby cottages, such as Cottage 1, 14, 15 and 3 to mix and mingle easily and share lots of outdoor space between cottages.

Description

This large, newly renovated, year-round, 3-bedroom, 1.5 bathroom wood-clad cottage is able to accommodate up to 7 people. It features a large dining and living room with a propane fireplace, bar area, log beams and a large outdoor deck that has a private hot tub with tree lined views of our beach. This cottage also has a large screened-in deck for bug and rain free outdoor time. This cottage is centrally located and close to the beach and the store.

Located on the shoreline of Kennebec Lake, and very close to the large sandy beach. This is a perfect cottage for a larger family of up to 6 or for a group get together. Come and enjoy the relaxing atmosphere and beautiful sunset views from hot tub on the large deck or the spacious living room with large windows overlooking the lake. If you need more space, the Bunkie is close by and can be rented to accommodate up to two more friends or family members.
